[It's Coffee Time!]

Really good melodies, I don't like those muffled vocals though, they sound really weird and unfitting for this song in my opinion.
By the way, you don't need to re-upload the song if you have made changes to it, you can just replace the file by editing it, I'll try to remind myself to return later if you make any changes.
Update: I still don't like the vocals, maybe it's just me. The one at the beginning sounds okay, but that vocal at the end serves no purpose and just sounds weird really.

I just posted another version! I have removed the sidechain, I have tried to improve the note envelopes and I have not used the vocals as much as before.

[Slip into Madness.]

I like the additional sounds, like the chimes effect, but overall the song sounds a bit too quiet and repetitive as well. Sometimes the pad sound doesn't match the melody and the drums sound kinda random, you should pick a rhythm that flows with your melody.

[Lucid Thrills]

Very distorted and unbalanced mix (you can tell just by looking at the soundwaves). I would've enjoyed the buildup part if the song wasn't this distorted, but the second drop sounds just exactly like the first one.

[Hexagon Force (Voltex Pixel Remix)]

Despite the fact that I really dislike this remix because it turns such a unique and catchy tune into some generic dance music track, I've got to admit this is really well done. Mixing sounds balanced.

[The Nettles - Streetlights (Demo)]

Sounds really cool! Careful with the distortion though, I'm assuming you did it on purpose, but too much of it can just sound bad and harmful to the ears.
I would also suggest you add more elements to the song like some cymbals maybe, there's not too much going on right now, but maybe that comes in a later section of the song? Can't really tell, right now this sounds quite unfinished.

Thank you for your feedback! I recorded this song as a part of a self-imposed songwriting challenge, where I had to record a track within a day, so it's more like me catching an idea than me executing the idea properly. I totally agree with your points though. Thank you <3

[Sonic Mania/Sonic CD - Stardust Speedway [Lunar Remix]]

Sounds really awesome, I like the changes you did to the melodies and chords, especially at 1:15. I just think the vocal samples are a little bit too much here and I don't really like that... wet sounding clap.

thanks! the vocal samples may be a bit too much since i was trying to get the same kind of vibe as sonic cd's stardust speedway, and now that you point out the clap it does sound a bit too wet. thanks for the feedback! :^)

[It's Up To You]

I'm not really a fan of how the drums build up some energy at 1:32 and then it suddenly goes away. Mixing could've been better, the song sounds a bit too quiet, I can barely hear some instruments. But it sounds great overall, the genre is kinda misleading though, I think this sounds like some sort of electronic genre like dance instead.

[Face It]

Despite the limitations, you managed to make a really interesting and catchy tune. Sounds like tracker music. It would've been really cool if you simulated delay/reverb by using duplicated channels, it's a common thing in chiptune music, but idk if that would have fit into the limitations.

Lol the polyphony limit effectively destroyed the ability to do that except for particularly bare segments of music, so it seemed a waste to even try in that case. I was not in the mood to plan and syncopate 10 different sounds into an 8 sound space while making this xD

Woah, this sounds really awesome! One of the few actually good and original remixes of a song from MSM.
I'm not really a fan of the original either, but I wish you kept a little bit of the cellos and maybe even Spunge. I really hope remixes like this are allowed to be done and uploaded here, because I really don't wanna see this removed.

[Nanonovo - Distractions]

Really cool stuff here. Lot's of sounds going on, sounds very spacey, I don't know what else to say.
I would love a guitar maybe, guitar goes with everything tbh.
